We spent a night in a spacious two-bedroom suite, which was exceptionally clean and equipped with a full kitchen. The beds were comfortable, making our stay pleasant. Breakfast was served in a lovely space, perfect for family chats. Conveniently close to the airport and local restaurants, this hotel is worth considering for families.

The breakfast selection impressed me, especially the hot options that were consistently replenished. The hot tub area was a delightful retreat after a long day, providing a perfect escape. Location was convenient, with shops nearby for easy access.

The bin under the sink in my room was still full upon arrival.

The one-bedroom king suite had plenty of space and felt really clean. Loved having a full kitchen for quick meals!

Comfortable Stay with Minor Hiccups

We enjoyed our spacious King Suite and found the laundry facilities very convenient. Unfortunately, the whirlpool jets were broken, which was disappointing as we’d looked forward to using them. Nevertheless, the staff remained friendly and helpful during our stay. Consider asking about amenities at check-in.

We had a fantastic stay with our young baby at this hotel! The two-bedroom suite was perfect for our family, providing ample space and comfort. Breakfast was a highlight, fresh and delicious, and the convenient location made it easy to enjoy local attractions like the Crayola FACTORY.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast on weekends could start earlier for families with early flights. A 7:30 AM start wasn’t ideal for us.

Recommend for taking strolls

Spacious room, clean room, complete facilities, including a fitness center and seasonal outdoor pool, which made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable, and the hotel's convenient location near plenty of shops allowed us to explore the area easily.

The suite was super spacious with a kitchen, couch, and desk. I loved having a private bath with free toiletries. The flat-screen TV and comfortable seating area made relaxing easy. The fitness center and outdoor pool were fantastic for unwinding. Breakfast had a great variety and the staff was very attentive during meals.

We explored Blue Mountain Ski Area and also checked out The Crayola FACTORY. The hotel was clean and welcoming. Breakfast had plenty of options. Easy access to nearby attractions like the PPL Center made our stay even more enjoyable.

One downside was the HVAC unit in our room had a musty smell. It wasn't a huge issue, but it could be improved.

While the room was mostly great, the HVAC unit had a musty smell, which was bothersome at times. I noticed some cleanliness issues in the gym and laundry room too. Staff seemed a bit overwhelmed during peak hours, impacting service. Despite these hiccups, the location was fantastic, close to attractions like Blue Mountain Ski Area. I'd come back, but I hope they smooth out the service and cleanliness details.
